UK ecommerce site for the white and black goods retailer

Euronics is a major international retailer of white and black goods. We were tasked with redesigning the UK Euronics ecommerce website with the aim to replatform to Hybris, add new features, improve usability and update the UI to reflect their new brand.

The process

We started the project with a massive 6 month long discovery session. Although, luckily the design team was only required for final workshops. In these meetings we established the functional spec, requirements and end-user.

The site was a particular challenge as it needed to be 3 sites combined into one. These sites would be a B2C, B2B and a free coupon based version of the site for charity. Due to the size of the project we split the design into 4 batches. Each batch would be presented to the client and reviewed for feedback before the next batch started.

The results

The lead stakeholder told me personally on two occasions how happy he was with the site and how positive the feedback has been.
